Summer, beach, children, clowns… In this video Clown Wise is asking you: “Smile” and I give you my heart. Feel good because you can choose your focus and concentrate on something which can make you feel great.

Hi, we are together now creating relation - this nice warm feeling coming to our hearts.

And as a anchor (memory) we will make a heart.

It all starts with attitude. Have you ever been in love? Can you remember most intense moment of this memory. What did you see, hear, touch, smell and taste. What you were telling to yourself? Make the images bigger, brighter and bolder. Make the sound louder. And step inside the memory. Feel it. Where this feeling starts and where it is moving? It is warm or cold. Its texture is smooth or rough? The feeling is wet or dry? What is the moisture? What color does it have.

Imagine this feeling moving in and out of your body. Make it bigger and let it start from your toes moving up to your head and again and again each time more intense. Notice your breathing. It is changing as well as your internal dialog. Now spin this feeling faster and faster and notice changes in your eyes and ears.

And when this feeling is overhelming you anchor it, squeezing your thumb and index finger.

Now think of a time when you want to feel like this and squeeze your thumb and index finger and feel the sensation spreading through your body. Repeat it. And again.
