When we remember our past, the degree of certainty vary depending on timeline, intensity of the situation, anchors by our companions, souvenirs, photos, videos and/or audio records.
In contrast to the future which we somehow represent as in veil. Didn’t we. Now as you imagine for instance that you will brush your teeth tomorrow, you can think of seeing yourself brushing the teeth. You know where it will happen. Whoever it doesn’t seem real. You can step inside of yourself and feel the toothbrush in your hand, smelling and tasting the toothpaste, hearing the toothbrush in your mouth.
And as comparison imagine that you will not wake up tomorrow morning to work. Hear your spouse yelling, your boss with disappointing look on his/her face (future consequences) that you master imagine in HD panoramic and 7.1 surround sound.
Steps of make future more certain
- think of the the situation
- imagine yourself (make the image life size, add body temperature, smell of place, hear the sounds)
- magnify what you’ll see, volume up
- add some timeline (when it will happen?)
- practice, practice again, practice until you can do it perfectly, practice some more
- think of you past when you perform similar task
- repeat the steps above
- now, Where is this moment of your past? (Where do you represent it? See it? Hear it? Feel it? Smell it?)
- on the left, right, up, down, middle, as small, big movie do you see yourself or are you inside of your body?…
- now, Where do you imagine that happens in the future? (Where do you represent it? See it? Hear it? Feel it? Smell it?)
- on the left, right, up, down, middle, as small, big movie do you see yourself or are you inside of your body?…
- now as you notice the difference between the past and the future in location we will put the past in our future
- to do so, lock the past in one location and physically move yourself till you see your past in your future (step right, or left, closer or further). Use more and more precision till you feel that is done. That is already happened.
