And as a anchor (memory) we will make a heart.

It all starts with attitude. Have you ever been in love? Can you remember most intense moment of this memory. What did you see, hear, touch, smell and taste. What you were telling to yourself? Make the images bigger, brighter and bolder. Make the sound louder. And step inside the memory. Feel it. Where this feeling starts and where it is moving? It is warm or cold. Its texture is smooth or rough? The feeling is wet or dry? What is the moisture? What color does it have.

Imagine this feeling moving in and out of your body. Make it bigger and let it start from your toes moving up to your head and again and again each time more intense. Notice your breathing. It is changing as well as your internal dialog. Now spin this feeling faster and faster and notice changes in your eyes and ears.

And when this feeling is overhelming you anchor it, squeezing your thumb and index finger.

Now think of a time when you want to feel like this and squeeze your thumb and index finger and feel the sensation spreading through your body. Repeat it. And again.

We are sure about the past with important events as we do remember them. Our perception allow us to encode the past with images, sounds, touch, smells and taste. Whoewer each of thouse memories is going through filters of our beliefs and values and as a such are distorted to some degree. Think for instance about one event and consult your friends: How does it really happened?

Have you ever heard the sentence: “Consider it done”? That mean that the person went to the future and done it there.

Our degree of certainty of some future events is variable depending on the database reference (how many times we did it succesfully in the past), it’s in our hands, have we got time etc.

Choose one success which is in our hands, we got time to do it and we know we are capable of doing it right. I do recommend something which got taste and smell as well. So think perhaps about some piece of your favorite food which is now in the fridge. And in your mind cut the plate in half.

Think about some success which isn’t entirely in your hands, but is as well as food related. Perhaps think about going to unknown restaurant and eating there.

1. Step - Notice the separate location of both of the images.

2. Step - Notice closeness of success which is in your hands.

3. Step - Notice the smell of your favorite food.

3. Step - Notice the strong, bright and clear colors of success which is in your hands.

4. Step - Notice movie of success which is in your hands.

5. Step - Notice that you can touch and feel temperature, surface, texture etc.

6. Step - Notice that you can feel movement of your hands, mouth etc.

Now take other piece of the food on the plate and think that you have eated it, so it’s “done” and compare separate location of “done” with visualization…

What did you find?

The task is make the representation of the future visualization as real as we can. Repeating steps 1 - 6 till we get automatic process of it. It’s in our unconsciousness. And after that we’ll move it to “consider it done”.

When we move the location entire code changes and we can get high degree of certainty.

Some of you and you know who you are got trouble visualizing. We are all influenced by hollywood special effects and “real” images. I got surprise for you. Vast majority of people just see “something” and associate it with what they think it represent. I mean till I get to know my girlfriend. She is still capable of remembering what she wear on our first date, where we went etc.

You can get better at visualizing if you remember more and more of what you saw, hear, touch and smell.

You can get better at visualizing if you take classes of drawing, sculpting, massage, singing, cooking and perhaps even tasting a wine.

You can get even better still if you develop synesthesia.

So for example bright future is filled with dazzling expectations, sweet sound is a feeling good, bitter experience doesn’t want to be remember etc.

Each channel (image, audio, kinesthetic, smell and taste) contain analog and/or digital distinction. Analog in which we can perceive <gradual change as resistors> and <digital change 0/1 as a switch>.

Here I describe list of most common submodalities and later I will present two ways:

How to change our emotions through changing the voice and visual representation.

Visual channel (we receive it with open eye or in our imagination).

• Where is the visual representation? Point to it. Behind, front, top, bottom, left, right.
• Is it moving like movie or is it still like photo? What is the duration of what I see? Short, long (minutes) What is the speed? As in life, slower, faster
• What I see is panoramic or framed?
• It’s in color or black&white? The colors are muted or alive?
• It’s bright or dark? What’s the contrast? What’s the transparency?
• How big is it? Life size or smaller or larger?
• Are you associated or dissociated. Where associated means we see our hands and ourselves as in real life. Dissociated means we see ourselves as in the movie.
• What is the distance of representation from my eyes? Is it in my hand range or is it further?
• What is the angle of representation? Note also the shade. In what direction moves the representation?
• Can I see it clearly or is blurry?
• Is it in two-dimensional or 3D?

Audio Channel (we receive with open ears or in our imagination)

• Where is the location of sound? From where the sound/voices are coming from?
• Distance. Are they close or far. Are they coming near or going further?
• Who is saying this? Mom, Dad, I…
  
• Volume is high or low?
• The sound is soft or abrasive?
• Frequency is high or low?
• What is the timbre? Are here characteristic sounds/or voices for instance Donald Duck…
• Quality. Studio. Hi-fi. Reverb, echo…
• What is the duration of sound?
• What is the tempo - speed of sound?
• Repetition - how many times I repeat the word and/or phrase to get more intense?

Kinesthetic channel (we perceive through our skin, organs or sensation as equilibrium etc.).

• Where is the location of feeling? On the skin, stomach, heart… Where does it start, move and end? What is the sequence of process?
  
• Is it warm or cold?
• The texture is smooth or rough?
• The feeling is soft or hard?
• The feeling is wet or dry? What is the moisture?
• The sensation feels: like waves traveling through your body, as needles, as vibration…?
• The pressure is located at a point or is extended on the surface? Weight ounce/square inch.
• What is the weight? Is it heavy or light?
• What is the pace? Increasing steadily, decreasing?
• The feeling is permanent or intermittent?
• Does it affect your breathing?
  
• What is the facial expression?
• What is the body position?
• How do I move my eyes?
• How I gesticulate?

Channel of action (can be observed in conscious and unconscious state of mind)

• Delivering and withdrawing

Modalities of taste (we perceive through our tongue or in our imagination)

• Is it sweet or bitter?
• Is it Sour?

Modalities of smell (we perceive through the nose or in our imagination).

• What is the intensity of smell? From where it’s coming?
  
• How sweet it smells?
• How spicy it smells?
• How fresh it smell?
• How good it smells?
• How bad it smells?
• You can develop smell to Nth degree, and become Connoisseur.

Changing the inner critic’s voice

Think about what what you are saying to yourself. Remember Donald Duck movie and start to say the some things with Donald Duck’s voice. Now put the voice of Donald Duck in your head and repeat the some things over and over again until everything sounds funny. And again. And once more. This is it. Fantastic.

Changing the visual representation

Think about a problem that is really big. Now I ask that you imagine a big puma in front of you. Very large and hungry cat. Step inside the body of puma and see through it’s eyes, feel it’s power and energy. See the problem reducing itself in front of you. Then put big mountain behind this little problem and see that the problem begins to tremble in front of you. Imagine lightning and hear sound of thunder. Now convert the problem into small pink pill and eat it. Waaaaav. Thanks to Richard Bandler I am able to do this.

Then I saw the Light: Almighty, omnipresent the best protection.

Well, if anywhere on the earth people are believing in supreme power and are willing to pay with their money and time for hearing the message of salvation, I should try it as well? And then I realize. There are too many entities, so I’ll need some sort of criteria.

What does it mean? What it’s best time for learning? How much time does it take to learn something? Where is learning faster? Who is good teacher?

- How much time did you need to realize that hot iron is not good for your hand (face or other parts of your body)? How many repeated experiences did you need? Do you think that you can accomplish the some understanding at 06:00 a.m., 12:00 a.m., 06:00p.m., 12:00p.m. Do you think that you can receive some conclusion in India, Europe, Japan, Brazil…? Did you need anyone to tell you?

- How many of you are still believing in Santa Claus? How much time did you need to transform this belief? How many repeated experiences did you need? Do you think that you can accomplish the some understanding at 06:00 a.m., 12:00 a.m., 06:00p.m., 12:00p.m. Do you think that you can receive some conclusion in India, Europe, Japan, Brazil…? Did you need anyone to tell you and if so who was the decisive source?

How many of us were awaiting the moment to drive our car with expectation and pleasure and today is common activity.

Well. O.k. I understand that.

I want to be able to understand and speak Spanish. What are my choices?

1. School. Repeat and learn. Doesn’t seem to work for majority of us.

2. Try to make Spanish friends. Work for some of us.

3. Get Girlfriend/Boyfriend from Mexico. Easy for some of us. Difficult for others.

4. Daydream being Antonio Banderas/Elsa Pataky. Move and feel that you were born Spanish, you were raised in Spanish family, you spoke Spanish all your life and you just need to remember more of it. Deep Trance Identification.

5. Go to Mexico, Spain, Ecuador etc. and practice, practice and practice some more.

In general learning depends on:

* time frame (I am doing this 50 times a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year, 13 years)

* intensity (I feel this quite intense as I got butterfly in my stomach every time I think about it).

* proximity of experiences (All my experiences are pretty close to me).

* Nº of memories, experiences (vivid or imaginary) in our database (I don’t really know how many memories I have. It should be near 1.000.000 I think).

* association (Yam, I can remember the moment when everything went quiet and slow and I just felt that all was flowing without any effort on my part and I can go back and see what I saw, hear what I heard and start to feel the sensation again).

* sound, smell, view, touch, savor. (It sounds like angels choirs…)

You can and will learn much faster if you increase Nº of experiences (vivid or imaginary), associate (anchor) very emotive state to learning (every mother know to express appreciation for learning by sounds, applause etc.), make the best experiences closest, big, bold and vivid, and step into them, reinforcing thus neurosynaptic pathways.

Tip Nº 01. Majority of emails services nowadays are free. So why don’t try them all. I did try hotmail, yahoo, gmail and at present I stick with gmail. I may say that comparatively I like firefox addons for gmail, free POP3 forwarding, filters, color labeling, encryption and google apps.

Tip Nº 02. Make your email easy to associate with you namesurname@username.com; nickname@username.com business@username.com. Emails like paul45tyx@com are hard to associate with your great being.

Tip Nº 03. Subject. Make it attractive to open email. “I got present for you”, “I invite you over for a dinner”, “I read your wonderful post and”, etc. Never lie. Spam emails can do this. We don’t.

Tip Nº 04. When you send email to more people, always used Bcc (BlindCarbon Copy), which hides all the recipients. The received message then shows as sent from nickname@username.com to nickname@username.com.

Tip Nº 05. Yo can create autoresponder in absence which will deliver the message which you set up.

Tip Nº 06. If you need to show video, audio or big archives please use link to external source. It’s much faster to upload files to those shared storages than to your email. Adrive offers 50 Gb free storage online or search for yourself in google.

Tip Nº 07. You can improve safety of your email delivery by:

a) autodestruct message

b) encrypting text messages online hushmail.com

c) encrypting your text with gnu privacy guard encryption online or offline

d) using archiver such as winrar or unzip which can be set to use password protection.

Tip Nº 08. Write short emails. Attention span of majority of us is short. Use drawing or photo prepared for web - few bytes.

Tip Nº 09. If you have several emails accounts you can set up option POP3 forward, so that all incoming messages will be directed towards one preferred email account. Gmail POP3 is free and if you don’t know how to do this by outlook you may as well pay forward america to do it for you.

Tip Nº 10. You can personalize you email by signature.

Tip Nº 01. You already know what you want to do with your page/blog, so choose the theme which will support your efforts. There are many themes on the market today. So perhaps in google search input top wp theme june 2008. You can specify if you want magazine, forum, adsense, gallery, video, podcast, social network, tutorial theme. There are many options and you can choose the best at the moment. Later on you can change it again. Once you´ve got the theme running you may make a rule insert excerpts with small image into each and every one of your posts. This will allow in your archive page shows photos and short excerpts of the articles. As well as it’s useful include thumb as several of the themes depends on it.

Tip Nº 02. Wordpress installation get default permalinks http://username.com/?p=123 which is representing the name of the new post. So every new post will look like those ones. If you want to be easily reached from search engines please change the default option to post name + category and/or date. If you want to excel in title of your post use google adword tool, good keywords or any other good keyword tool.

Tip Nº 03. Choose favicon. What favicon does is that permits anchor your page in the memory of your visitors and on their toolbar. Here is it’s creation and installation. As well as you may choose more easy way by plugin-Maxblogpress Favicon. You can see youtube video about it’s installation.

Tip Nº 04. Write About page. Small bio or/and photos or/and videos + contact page Who, when, what, where and why you are doing this. Update your blogroll

Tip Nº 05. Ping services. By default wordpress in Settings/writtings get one ping service. You can add few more so yahoo, msn and other engines will get sooner to your updated posts. Subscribe to feedburner (in google hands) for Publicize your content and make it easy for people to subscribe. Optimize distribution so that your content is properly formatted for all of the major directories and can be consumed by subscribers wherever they are.

Tip Nº 06. Learn to import and export your blog. The XML file will contain your posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags. It’s always good to save your hard work before something unexpected happen. And if you do this as a rule you will save yourself a valuable time.

Tip Nº 07 Plugins. There are many of them. Some are better than others. But all of them are in need to be updated in time for current installation of Wordpress. So if for instance you consider popularity contest plugin which is must for some themes on the market today you may: a) learn how to update php, b) look for other theme. Plugins are slowing load of the page so the rule More plugins/slowest the page is valid viz. full page test of how fast you page is loading. Tip Nº 08. Admin - some of you and you know who you are install wordpress with username admin (default). Later on writing the posts you find that all post are written by admin. To change this go to Profile/Display name publicly as and chose your option. Once you are there you may as well fill Biographical Info.

Tip Nº 09. Subscribe to social networks websites and submit all new articles relevant to the sites design. This will accomplish two things. First you will get more traffic and readers from first article you wrote, second you will explore more rapidly share knowledge of the people and perhaps even find new souls.

Tip Nº 10. Google webmaster tool. Get Google’s view of your site and diagnose problems. Discover your link and query traffic. Share information about your site.

Small tips:

* Get other domain (perhaps even free) and install other wordpress on it. Use this installation as a “try before demo“. In this way you get all errors, slowdowns and crashes before you implemented them in real installation. You can as well as prepare all images etc.

* Get themes and plugins from official sources and get always the ones which are alive - updated by author to day and perhaps even with support forum.

* Get a grip and look out what other bloggers are doing (or competition) before you decide what you want to do. I can always learn more from someone who is better.

* Did you know that music is preferred over the sex. Enjoy yourself while learning, doing, reading and writing.

This may be done by Home static page, static (stick) post or simply by welcome message in sidebar. So here is step by step way to do so - quickly and easily.

Static page

1. Write page Home with content you want your visitors see when they visit you home page.
2. Write page Blog for posting your articles
3. Go to Settings/Reading and change Front page display from latest post (default) to static page and chose front page Home, Posts page Blog. Save Changes.
4. Now as you refresh you will see 2 home links on your page.
5. Will proceed to erase previous home link by: Always save one copy before changes. Go to Theme editor/Header look for <a href…>Home</a> and erase. Update.
6. Refresh page and you got what you want. One Home static page and one blog page.

So that’s one way to do.

You make it happen by going to Widgets/Text/Add/Open. Go to Write new post/ write what you want that your visitors see add images and or video/edit HTML/copy all - go to text in widgets paste. Save changes.

Small things that count:

You can edit size and color of text.

I am of opinion that one god image is worth of thousand words.

As well as I do sometimes stumble upon the wp page in German, Italian or Spanish without integrated translator. So I did include this option on my page.

In this post I’ll share with you my personal experience in quest for “Free internet domain”. At present there are several ways to locate you page on internet. You can make decision by 2 major features. 1. Page with your name and/or last name or nickname. 2. Page with the reference to the activity, service or product that interests you or want to promote. Those pages will be searched in google, yahoo or msn and comparatively depending on the number of related names and/or visitors you will rank higher or lower in search engines.

One of the best free pages with your subdomain is wordpress.com or blogger.com. The reason is that they are both highlighted in search engines and are very user friendly. Page after it looks as well http://vladimirklimsa.wordpress.com/ o http://vladimirklimsa.blogger.com.

I learn and do not recommend put behind your domain letters tk, or as many viz here. What is the catch? Free is never free. If you do not pay for something it is not yours. You can look for instance to “free domain” .vu that was free for years - until it has become known and acquired customers, then free has changed from 0 to $ 19 each year. Co.cc is another domain considered “Free.” Well go and try to register for example love.co.cc (640 $ per year).

Besides risking your “free” domain, search engines do not recognize them very well, therefore you lose in competition not to mention look.

Another option I do not recommend is free domain with hosting. The reason is that “free domain” separately will cost you around 19$ or more and every year there is massive competition among hosting companies which do offer better and cheaper services. So if you change your hosting and you want to redirect dns (to save money) to another domain host, the hosting company may charge you for liberating dns (around 50$).

Domain is representing who you are and what you do.

How much would you pay to present yourself to the world? How much would you pay to gain popularity in the search engines google, yahoo, msn? How much would you pay to offer your best face to your new friends? How much would you pay for presenting yourself in the best light before your clients? Go and invest in yourself at least 1.92 dollars (prize of .info) for one year at Godaddy.com.
